NoGate is a venue

NoGate is a listing venue and catalog. We are not the developer or publisher of third-party apps listed here. Each listed app is provided solely by its developer, who is solely responsible for the app — its content, its conduct, its payments, and its data practices. The developer's own privacy policy and terms govern their app, not ours.

The founding catalog consists of apps built and operated by Manybox LLC itself. For those apps, Manybox LLC is the developer, and each app's own terms and privacy policy apply.

Screening is not a guarantee

Before listing, we screen apps for malware, fraud patterns, and prohibited content, and we publish a trust record of what was checked and when. This screening is a best-effort service. It is not a warranty, certification, or guarantee that any app is safe, lawful, or fit for any purpose. You install and use listed apps at your own risk.

Listings and removal

Developers list under a signed Developer Agreement: listing is free during beta; at public launch the listing fee is the Annual Verification — $15/year, covering the ID check, compliance review, and annual re-check behind the listing's Checked badge and public trust record. Every listing is re-checked and re-verified yearly, and commission on the developer's sales is 0%, always. Developers connect their own payment accounts; NoGate never holds developer funds. We may remove or suspend any listing at our discretion, including on a credible report of harm, fraud, or unlawful content, and we operate a notice-and-takedown process for copyright and other legal claims.

Acceptable use of this site

• Do not misrepresent an app, its developer, or its trust record.
• Do not scrape the catalog in a way that degrades the service for others; the catalog API and llms.txt are provided for reasonable agent and developer use.
• Do not submit apps in excluded categories: gambling, adult content, "earn money" apps, or financial services offered without required licenses.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manybox LLC's liability arising from this venue is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Developers indemnify Manybox LLC against claims arising from their apps, as set out in the Developer Agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted at this URL with its date. Material changes to the listing fee or the 0% commission promise will not apply retroactively to apps already listed.
