What this policy covers

This policy covers the NoGate website and catalog only. Apps listed on NoGate are run by their developers on their own hosting; what those apps collect is governed by each developer's own privacy policy, linked from the app itself. We do not receive the data you enter into listed apps, and we never hold developer or user payment funds.

What we collect here

• Waitlist submissions: if you join the developer waitlist, we receive the name, email, app name, app URL, and optional agent-framework note you submit. We use them only to contact you about the developer launch and to prepare your review.
• Server logs: our host records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and operations.
• No accounts, no ad trackers: browsing and trying apps needs no account, and this site does not run third-party advertising trackers.

What we never do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not collect payment card or wallet credentials — payments, where they exist, run through processors or the developer's own accounts.
• We do not read the contents of listed apps' user data; it never passes through NoGate.

Your choices

Ask us to delete your waitlist entry or correct it at any time via the waitlist form on the Developers page — mention "privacy" in the agent-framework field and we will act on it and confirm. If a privacy law where you live gives you additional rights (access, portability, objection), the same route reaches us and we honor them.

We may update this policy; the current version will always be posted at this URL with its date.
